| Maxi's Foundation would like to invite you to participate in a survey regarding various U.S. Government entitlement/benefits programs for Disabled persons, Veterans, and College Students/Alumni. Our goal is to better understand the experiences of people as they go through the various systems necessary to obtain these benefits with the ideal goal being to better understand where any improvements can be made. If you have 15 minutes or so to spare to provide us with your input we would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
